Can I request an invoice for my order?

Can I modify the content of my order?
It is not possible to add or remove items from an order once it has been placed.
Can I cancel an order?
We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed on ourwebsite, as our system processes orders quickly for shipping. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot ensure that changes can be made, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal terms.
Deliveries
What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery again on the next business day. If you are not home for the second attempt, the package will be held in storage.
What are the delivery times?
We reserve up to 2 business days for order processing and preparation. After that, the package will be handed over to the courier who will deliver it within 3-4 business days.
